Silver Swans on World Ballet Day!

Following our Silver Swans Celebration Day video, we are so honoured that the Royal Academy of Dance have asked to feature our video on World Ballet Day!

You can watch the Royal Academy of Dance's video live on World Ballet Day (Wednesday 1st November) at 11.30am on the Royal Academy of Dance's YouTube and social media. Don't worry if you can't watch it live though, you will still be able to access it afterwards.

World Ballet Day is organised by the Royal Ballet, Australian Ballet and San Francisco Ballet and is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year.

Cup of Europe 2023

Sending lots of luck to Eva as she represents Team GB at Cup of Europe in Pula, Croatia next week! Eva's skating is trained by Elite Artistic Skating Club and she attends our weekly online ballet classes to enhance her skating training.

Silver Swans Celebration Day 2023

On Sunday 1st October, the Royal Academy of Dance held the first Silver Swans® Celebration Day at their London headquarters. We were honoured for our online Silver Swans® classes to be chosen to feature at this event (which was attended by Silver Swans® ambassador, Angela Rippon, and Queen Camilla also sent a letter of good wishes to all participating Silver Swans).

The video features some of our UK and international Silver Swans demonstrating a Port de Bras, learnt in the 2023 spring term of our weekly online Silver Swans® classes.

The dancers in this video are all aged in their 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. Some started ballet as a complete beginner in our online Silver Swans classes (there is one lady featured in this video who had only started ballet that term!), and some are ex-professional dancers.

After huge demand, we're excited to announce our BRAND NEW online ballet classes, suitable for Asia/Australia time zones!

This class is also perfect children aged 8-12 years old and can also be accessed by home-schooled children in the UK and Europe.

Silver Sunday 2023

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us for our Silver Sunday online events!

We enjoyed two fully-booked ballet classes with dancers joining us from across the UK, France, South Africa and Malaysia! Thank you to everyone for your very kind comments about the event. It was a pleasure to share the day with you.
