You can watch the Royal Academy of Dance's video live on World Ballet Day (Wednesday 1st November) at 11.30am on the Royal Academy of Dance's YouTube and social media. Don't worry if you can't watch it live though, you will still be able to access it afterwards. World Ballet Day is organised by the Royal Ballet, Australian Ballet and San Francisco Ballet and is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. The dancers in this video are all aged in their 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. Some started ballet as a complete beginner in our online Silver Swans classes (there is one lady featured in this video who had only started ballet that term!), and some are ex-professional dancers.
